Senior Field Service Engineer

The position will be responsible for Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, Audits, and on-site servicing of Alfa Laval equipment at customer site such as:

• Decanters & High-Speed separators used in Energy, Marine, Food & Wastewater application.
• On- Site service & performance audit of Plate Heat Exchangers
• Troubleshooting of Electrical / PLC controls (EPC controls, 2 touch, Basic & Plus controls) associated with Alfa Laval equipment.
• Executing Audits and maintenance activities related to Service agreements.
• Training customers on operation of Alfa Laval equipment
• Preparation of service / audit reports with technical recommendations
• Ad hoc participation in Service projects
• Ensure adherence to company safety protocols as well as industry regulations and promote safe working practices and addressing any safety concerns.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Candidates with past experience and high skills in troubleshooting of High-Speed Separators (PX Range, GT, Alcap types) & Decanters are preferred.
• Should be sound in reading electrical drawings and capable of independent trouble shooting of Electrical control panels.
