Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer who will be working with our tech leads frontend and
backend developers UX designers and product management teams to support 2 existing
mobile app and portal products. One is built within an AWS cloud infrastructure the other in
Azure. Both have React front end frameworks and either integrated to Python or .NET Core
backends.
Responsibilities
As a member of a growing dynamic team you could be:
Working with our partner organisations to integrate with their systems
Creating software as a medical device
Integrating machine learning systems
Designing and building new system architectures
Developing our build and test Continuous Integration process
We use proven technologies combined with managed hosting solutions to focus on what
differentiates us and produce high quality software. We have a strong development process
selfsufficient engineering teams and automated build pipelines with the goal of developing
reliable and trustworthy solutions in a healthcare setting. Our current stack(s) are made up of
the following technologies:
C# JSON .NET CORE JavaScript programming languages
API Webservices XML Restful JSON
Continuous integration and Deployment
MS SQL DB design and coding (stored procs etc)
Python (Flask SQLAlchemy) PostgreSQL CircleCI
Pulumi (Infrastructureascode) transferring to Terraform
Docker
AWS ECS (Fargate) RDS (Aurora)
Azure Cloud Technologies or familiar with other Cloud Technologies (inc. AD B2C Logic Apps
Function Apps)
Requirements
Ability and willingness to share ideas and collaborate
5 years of professional experience building backend systems with python as main language
experience
Some experience of Data Science (desirable not essential)
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
Contribute towards a culture of continuous improvement.
