Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

Salary: 3238k depending on experience

Hours: 9:30 am 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (were happy to talk about flexible working/ability to work from home Monday and Friday if you choose to do so).

The Role:

As Email Marketing Manager at D&AD you will plan and execute impactful email campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience including emerging creatives brand partners and professionals within the creative industries. Youll play a crucial role in enhancing engagement driving event attendance and promoting our array of programmes and awards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan implement and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies.
• Use tools such as Pardot and Salesforce for campaign management ensuring a seamless experience for all subscribers.
• Analyse campaign outcomes utilising data to inform future strategies and optimise engagement.
• Write content for all email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the curation of highquality images to ensure all emails are visually appealing and resonate with our different audiences.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that email content is engaging brandaligned and drives the desired action.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing to continually enhance D&ADs email initiatives.
• Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to tailor content to different audience segments effectively.
• Manage inbound leads from paid social activity and funnel into email journeys to nurture audience with timely communication based on behaviour.

About You

• Demonstrable experience in email marketing with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategies.
• Experience using Pardot is a big plus but not required
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling email content.
• A solid understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyse data to drive decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for the creative industries and a commitment to promoting creative excellence.
• Highly organised detailoriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
