Job Description
- 8 years experience.
- Does work and is capable of being almost entirely selfdirected (i.e. requires very little management).
- Able to act as a lead or supervisor to others.
- Either makes decisions or acts to help management make decisions.
- Under general direction participate as a highlevel technical expert in design development coding testing and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
- Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them.
- May act as a team leader on less complex projects.
- Assists in training less experienced technical staff.
- Works under the general direction of a senior system integrator project manager or functional IT manager.

- Netapp L4 support Ontap& Storage Grid support
- Hitachi block storage support
- SAN support (Broadcom)
