- Support account teams in the Utilities industry on new opportunity development by contributing to technical discussions and building digitization journeys with customers and internal Cisco teams
- Deliver technical, solution, and business architectural presentations to Utility customers
- Drive solution led selling to customers in cooperation with account teams, positioning CX professional services for the best value and the outcome for our customers
- Showcase and continuously develop strong competitive technical expertise in the Utilities space to differentiate Cisco’s responses to RFPs
- Communicate and educate generalist teams on key technical solutions and Utility industry-specific vertical designs/architectures
- Contribute to the developments of a community of engineers and architects for continued enablement
- Design and apply technical solutions and architectures working with the generalist engineers and architects
- Influence roadmap discussions with business entities and Product Management teams, based on observed customer requirements
- Think differently about common industry problems, and build creative solutions designed to shift customers in new directions
- Demonstrate industry leadership through publications, presentations, and participation in industry organizations or standards bodies
- Play an active role in the delivery of projects
- Builds a safe, respectful working experience for customers and colleagues, where we empower and learn from each other.
