• QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, or engineering
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in an analytics role (preferred in retail industry).
• Advanced analytical data tools mastery (MS Excel & PowerPoint, SAP BI, etc.) – Excel is a must have
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data Visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau,).
• Google Analytics platform and omni channel experience is a plus.
• JOB RESPONSABILITIES
• Develop and generates periodic reports and business review dashboards with CRM & Loyalty team to monitor business performance.
• Conduct recurrent and ad-hoc customer related analysis for the various stakeholders in the group.
• Assist CRM team with data base extractions and pre/post campaigns analysis.
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team to understand and utilize the company’s data. Recommend database changes and identify external data sources to support or improve the timely production and delivery of accurate analysis and insight.
• Deep dive into the company’s data (sales, visits, consumer behavior, external data) to understand customer behavior and business performance and recommend action points.
