- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and highlight our projects.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all visual assets.
- Video Editing:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos showcasing our projects, real estate properties, and company events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging video content that tells a compelling story and promotes our brand.
- Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the videos.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Proficient in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
