This is a remote position.
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Opportunity Type: On-Site / On-Shore Directly on Client Payroll.
- Required Expertise Level of Network, Security and Troubleshooting Skills to Configure / Monitor on-premises, Security / Devices and resolves issues during outages while conforming to enterprise ITSM processes.
- Console Maintenance, Content Maintenance, Service Status Updates, Service Plan Development, Asset Onboarding, FIM Content Tuning, Customer Requests, User Management, Dashboard & Reporting Creation and Maintenance
- Develop and report enterprise level metrics for vulnerabilities and remediation progress.
- Monitoring (Console Health Monitoring, Report distribution, Event Handling, Task Completion, Agent Health)
- Manage Disaster Recovery DR / Business Continuity Plan BCP situation with Action-Plan, set-up, operation, maintenance, and testing of Security and manages failover and fallback activities in the assigned areas
- Fully Manage the File Integrity Monitoring solution
- Utilizes vendor support agreements to escalate applicable issues, track resolution, and implement corrective or preventive actions
- Regulatory (Policy Tuning and Guidance, Waiver Management, Audit Assistance)
- Supports modernization and relocation requirements by orchestrating and undertaking migrations of network infrastructure to future states including migration to cloud
- Works in the domain of Cybersecurity and IT Security to secure network infrastructure through policy compliance, patch management, and other measures
- Business Process Integration of Tripwire Application Management, Upgrade and Licensing, Remediation Prioritization, Change Reconciliation
- Product Deployments like Policies, Real Time Functionality, Custom Policies, Custom App Monitoring
Requirements
- Must have Experience configuring Tripwire to operate and discover security, application, infrastructure, and operating system related items.
- Expertise and Experience in Managing Complex Security, multi-site cloud and traditional environments with demanding SLAs and OLAs
- Experience implementing DSR for OS patches and upgrades.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows systems and software assets running/hosted them (directory structures, configuration files, log files, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, firewalls, and vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in the installation and management of network Security infrastructure.
- Experience configuring, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting Tripwire security applications and agents (AXON. Java).
- Must have experience in optimizing Tripwire to capture data and events, filter out unneeded items, and configure tripwire application itself to run efficiently (i.e., implementing DSR for OS, Middleware and Application components)
- Possesses in-depth understanding of IT operational risks and drives the response process in order to minimize the impact of these risks
- Experience in documenting Tripwire operations, configurations, and changes.
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, and recommend changes for Tripwire operation and security (establishing appropriate groups/roles/permissions)
- Experience in configuring Tripwire to filter out, confirm, and/or identify false positives.
