- Content Creation: Create monthly and seasonal campaign directions. Develop creative and compelling written content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok etc
- Write copies for marketing campaigns, video scripts, press releases, product descriptions, email blasts and sales letters, print ads, banner advertising, newsletters, social media platforms and other promotional materials
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content to reinforce the brand's identity and messaging
- Audience Understanding: Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors', and needs. Craft content that speaks directly to the audience's interests and motivations
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to create content calendars and schedules for consistent posting. Create engaging captions, headlines, and posts that drive user engagement and interactions
- Creativity and Innovation: Generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation, staying up-to-date with current trends and industry best practices
- Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
