Responsibilities:
- Establish a content strategy that is in line with the marketing strategy
- Develop creative ideas, suggesting new innovative ways of delivering digital content and staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Create content for the company’s assets (using social media platforms, SMS, In-app messages, website, etc.)
- Monitor competition and the industry’s trends on online platforms continuously to stay up to date with market insights
- Assist in the search for and development of campaigns and promotions that support the company's goals for audience engagement on social media
- Improve the company's accounts on each platform to have an impact on its online presence
