WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING

• Exposure to the entire lifecycle of M365 and bordering Azure-Native Services. Analysis, Conception, Configuration, Architecture, and Operations.
• Operation of Hybrid Infrastructures (e.g local Exchange, Legacy Sharepoint)
• Implementation or migration and rollout of O365 solutions
• Support our customers in the transformation and define suitable operating concepts
• Conducting comprehensive analyses of existing M365 and and equivalent on-premise Microsoft environments to identify vulnerabilities, uncover performance bottlenecks, and highlight optimization potential.
• Developing customized solutions for automating server processes to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Creating technical concepts, roadmaps, and architecture designs for our Services
• Collaborating closely with customers, project teams, and other departments to understand requirements, develop solutions, and successfully carry out implementations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH

• Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of O365 projects and associated Microsoft technologies (such as Office, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online)
• Good knowledge and interest in current technological trends in the field of O365, M365 or e.g. Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365
• Ideally, Office 365 certifications
• Experience with configuration management solution Ansible.
• Strong experience in PowerShell
• Good knowledge in areas such as Active Directory, Group Policies, network protocols, and security.
• Strong consulting and communication skills at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Very good command of English written and spoken - German language skills a definitive plus.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to perform successfully in a demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented
