Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Investigate current customer network and analyze customer business environment, requirements, plans and issues
• Develop customer presentation and Perform value argumentation
• Define scope of activities and identify resources required
• Overlook build activities, installation, implementation, and parametrization activities delivered by the vendor ensuring adherence to business, functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
• Drive pro-active dialogue across multiple Customer Units and Accounts and with the customer executives.
• translate business requirements into use cases and requirements documents.
• Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
