- Successfully close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions via phone, email, in-person meetings, etc.
- A hunter mentality with proven results within business development, lead generation and cold calling
- Experience with business to business sales, cold-calling, lead generation, as well as managing and growing existing business relationships.
- Market services and talent to fulfill human capital needs for direct-hire positions
- Meet established sales and performance goals.
- Effectively negotiate bill rates in line with expected and budgeted margin percentages
- Consult hiring managers to take job orders and serve as a client partner through the candidate selection process.
- Be a strong contributor to the team in terms of work ethic and performance
