Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo Egypt our client is one of the leaders in the Fintech industry.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Scope:

A Business Analyst helps business find opportunities to improve the efficiency. And provide indepth analysis services and suggest strategies to key partners and stakeholders of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Examine current and new business procedures.
• Identify effective solutions for business software system challenges.
• Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring company procedures and clarify these solutions for stakeholders using UML methodologies
• Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals phases and budget.
• Elicit new business requirements with stakeholders then clarify specifications to technical and business team.
• Perform UAT session to stakeholders in order to take a sign off to launch the new projects and present high level requirements to management team through BRD.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a business systems analyst.
• Computer Science or any related field graduate is a must.
