Senior Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as accounts payables accounts receivables invoicing cash posting and basic bookkeeping.

• Reconciles accounts bank statements and credit card statements

• Prepares monthly financial statements including financial statements and updating balance sheets by the 15th of each month (after 90 days)

• May provide payroll support

• May assist with A/R for 2030 clients

• Prepares monthly sales tax reports

• Reviews and updates SOPs

• Assists with general admin support

• Handles accounting related projects

• Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.

Key Qualifications:

• 68 years of Bookkeeping experience

• Intermediate QuickBooks Desktop or QBO

• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable

Shift / Hours:

Monday Friday in one single shift 7:00 AM PHT 4:00 PM in PHT (DST) and 6:00 AM PHT 3:00 PM in PHT (nonDST).
