Senior Analytics Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of analysts to extract analyze and interpret data for business insights
• Develop and implement datadriven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing data in addressing business challenges
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis and visualization
• Oversee the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to support decisionmaking
• Ensure the accuracy integrity and security of the companys data assets
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and technologies within the organization
• Manage relationships with external data vendors and partners
• Create and maintain a datadriven culture within the organization
• Participate in hiring training and mentoring of analytics team members
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators related to analytics initiatives
• Contribute to the development and execution of the companys data strategy
• Lead special projects related to data analysis and business intelligence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Business Analytics or related field
• Proven experience in a senior analytics or data science role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. R Python SQL)
• Expertise in statistical modeling data mining and machine learning techniques
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts
• Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align analytics with organizational goals
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of driving business impact through datadriven decisionmaking
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for using data to drive growth and innovation
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields are desirable
