Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compilation review audit bookkeeping and tax engagements.
• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and prepare corporate tax returns.
• Correspondence with clients and tax authorities.
• Prepare personal tax returns and information returns as required.
• Lead and supervise junior accounting staff providing guidance and support.
• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards implementing necessary updates.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation
• 2 to 3 years of public accounting with a focus on mediumsized clients.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
