Senior Accessibility Specialist

NOK Human Capital is hiring a talented Senior Accessibility Specialist for a well known Business and services consultancy specialized in PWD Services located in Maadi.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify departmental work plans and project plans to ensure the creation of contemporary and accurate accessibility solutions.

Monitor evaluate and report updates for existing and new plans ensuring alignment with accessibility standards and guidelines.

Handle communication processes related to existing and new plans both internally and externally.

Monitor project budgets and ensure all financial documents are updated regularly.

Conduct onthejob training for new team members including accessibility auditors and interns.

Assign and delegate tasks for team members such as accessibility auditors and site engineers.

Guide and coach accessibility auditors on physical and digital accessibility standards.

Evaluate the performance of accessibility auditors and provide constructive feedback.

Manage the endtoend process of buildings accessibility assessments.

Draft and submit comprehensive auditing reports.

Consult and present accessibility solutions to external parties.

Review and approve accessibility auditing reports before dissemination.

Review all accessibility documents before sharing with external parties.

Provide expert guidance on accessibility standards and guidelines.

Collaborate with designers and developers to implement accessible solutions.

Stay uptodate on the latest accessibility technologies and trends.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in architecture (urban design major).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential. Photoshop proficiency is a plus.

24 years of relevant experience as Architecture Engineer/ Accessibility Auditor

Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
