We began as a commercial surveillance company specializing in CCTV design and We expanded our services to include intrusion, fire alarm, access control and gate Weve helped a variety of businesses big and small across Most of our clients are multi-family communities, homeowners associations, hotels, warehouses, and commercial However, we are happy to consult with any business in need of



WHAT WILL YOU DO?


Daily tasks may include:


  • Install wire for products such as cameras, access control and fire alarm according to plans
  • Install items such as conduit, poles, and enclosures to support system infrastructure
  • Install security products such as fire alarm devices, smoke detectors, cameras, recorders, card readers, door locks, control panels, networking equipment
  • Troubleshoot and test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers requirements
  • Visit clients sites to troubleshoot existing

** Candidates with significant experience and a strong understanding of security equipment will be considered for service

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?




Skills & Knowledge!

Working knowledge of construction principles
Reading, following, and applying logical information from schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, instruction manuals, operator guides, work orders, SOP s and safety rules
Communicate effectively with customers and educate them on newly installed equipment as well as job status completion (service or installation)
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be able to communicate effectively
Basic computer skills using a laptop with ability to check e-mails using Gmail and effectively manage time cards using T-Sheets
Ability to submit daily time & notes using companies ticketing system - Must know how to use a cell phone including making calls, sending texts, using apps and taking

Management, Leadership & Growth!


Responsible for cross training less experienced employees and trainees on company procedures, systems, and installation/service techniques
Willing to self-train using necessary resources
Ability to lead an install team when needed
Be able to work independently without direct supervision and be able to effectively communicate to management regarding the progress of service tickets
Help establish and document procedures

Must have 3 years clean driving record and valid driver s license
Must be about to maintain vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
Maintains control and safeguards all company or customer property or information of which employee has been entrusted
Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (Working environment may be subject to high or low temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, heights, standing, bending and crawling)
Ability to work Monday Friday 8:00AM 6:00PM (typical days are 8 hours but start and stop times may change based on project/call). Saturday and evening work is rare but may be needed ;
Adapts well to changing work schedules
Must be a team player all hands-on deck when needed
Must be willing to take on new challenges and support a growing operation

This is a highly technical position that involves programming/troubleshooting networks, fire alarm panels, and cellular It requires a strong understanding of Experience! 5+ years experience in Commercial Security and Camera Maintenance 3+ years experience in intrusion alarms 3+ years experience in access control 3+ years experience in Low Voltage including electronic and mechanical Fire Alarm experience a plus NICET Certified a plus Willing to consider candidates with less experience, but experience is required Skills & Knowledge!
