Responsibilities:

• Work on all phases of municipal/industrial wastewater treatment plant projects (planning, design, construction and commissioning)
  
• Prepare feasibility studies and compliance reports for wastewater facilities
  
• Responsible for wastewater process design/modeling, project scope and budgeting
  
• Prepare regulatory/technical permit applications
  
• Develop contract drawings and technical specifications
  
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors and the public
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  
• Master s degree in a wastewater-related program preferred
  
• 8+ years of wastewater facilities design experience (including planning/construction)
  
• Project management experience preferred
  
• PE license
  
• Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, BioWin and Arc View preferred
