Managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments for the PMU.
Ensure the Front office and the management of both internal and external telephone calls, where
required.
Translate texts such as letters and agreements, from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Drafting of meeting minutes, internal supporting documentation in English.
Collaborate with the Administration team in the correct filing, archiving and efficient management
of the documentation of the Programme, both in paper and electronic format.
Collaborate with the Programme Team Leader in organizing meetings and public events.
Make travel accommodation and transport reservations where required.
Manage requests for reimbursement of the Programme staff.
Check frequently the levels of office supplies inventory and place appropriate orders.
Update inventory items list of the PMU.
Collaborate with the Programme Team Leader, Financial Administrative Coordinator and with PMU
personnel in any other secretarial and receptionist task.
Carrying out any other duties and activities requested by the Team Leader of the Programme and the
PMU staff.
Requirements
Bachelor s University degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Languages, Political Science and Law or similar field of studies.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in secretary and clerk activities.
Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheet, email (outlook) and internet.
Arabic native speaker.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 European Level).
- University degree in Agriculture, Hydraulic Engineering - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience working in the field of infrastructures for agriculture, rural development, food security, irrigation in the framework of development programmes. - Solid experience in food security, Good Agriculture Practices (GAPs), irrigation systems and infrastructures. - Previous experience in effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, government, donors, and implementing partners. - Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, email (outlook) and Internet.
