•Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
•Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in agile methodology.
•Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
•Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
•Facilitate and administer Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Release and Sprint Planning meetings, Retrospectives, and Review meetings and capture feedback
•Work as the administrator of the Scrum board, ensure that tasks are up to date
•Maintain the Product Backlog and support the Product Owner in developing it, and ensure that User Stories are ready for the next Sprint
•Communicate clearly to Product Owner around priorities and timelines
•Document progress and create relative charts/reports (Burn-Down, Burn-Up, … etc) to track the performance of the team and share with management and team members
•Help the Scrum team to identify and resolve problems, and remove impediments, whether internal or external to the team
•Coach and guiding the Scrum team to perform at its best and how to get the most out of self-organization
•Ensure team follows the values and practices of Scrum
•Facilitate team communication within the team and with different stakeholders
•Lead awareness/knowledge transfer sessions to establish an Agile environment across Vodafone
