Overview:
The SAP SD S/4HANA position is a crucial role within our organization where the incumbent will be responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module within the S/4HANA environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless business processes and customer satisfaction through efficient order management pricing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide SAP SD S/4HANA solutions
- Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP SD modules
- Perform system testing user acceptance testing and production support
- Develop and maintain SAP SD processes and documentation
- Provide expertise in SD pricing billing and order management
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through SAP SD functionality
- Integrate SAP SD with other modules and external systems
- Train endusers and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancement projects
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD module
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD business processes and integration with other modules
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Relevant SAP certifications will be an advantage
