Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
Proven track record as an SME in chosen domain.
Ability to come up with Client POC/POV for integrating/increasing adoption of emerging Tech. like BlockChain, AI et al with the product platform they are associated with.
Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt.
Flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.
Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
Ticket Quality and deliverables review.
Status Reporting for the project.
Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.
Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.

Minimum six years consulting experience in SAP Master Data application
Has experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations
Exposure to SAP Master Data e.g. article master, site master, vendor, assortment, listing, etc.) and Conversion tools and practices are expected
Understanding of SAP IT product and project life cycle
Profound understanding of Retail Merchandising Processes with focus on Master Data Creation, Maintenance, Listing, Conversation and Usage
Good understanding of Retail industry specific business processes
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
