Job Description:

    • S4 HANA Consultant for Customer Service (CS) module responsible for analysing customers business requirements and tailoring the use of the system to meet those objectives.
    • Strong SAP technical, Configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module (minimum 3 years CS experience)
    • 5+ years of SAP SD experience
    • Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) & Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
    • Extensive Knowledge of repair processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, and Integration with SAP Service Order processing.
    • Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
    • Ability to work with the business team and understand the requirements and translate them to Functional specification.
    • Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation
    • Willing to work in onsite/offshore delivery model
