SAP Datasphere Specialist - 7 to 12 years or experience - Hybrid Working Model

Requirements

1. Solution Design and Architecture:
   

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and design scalable efficient solutions using SAP DataSphere.
     
   • Develop data integration architectures that support realtime batch and eventdriven data processing scenarios.
     

2. Configuration and Implementation:
   

   • Configure and implement SAP DataSphere components including data connectors pipelines and transformations to meet business objectives.
     
   • Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing data validation cleansing and enrichment processes.
     

3. Data Governance and Security:
   

   • Define and enforce data governance policies and standards within SAP DataSphere to ensure data integrity privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
     
   • Implement rolebased access controls and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data.
     

4. Performance Optimization:
   

   • Optimize data integration workflows and pipelines for performance scalability and reliability.
     
   • Monitor system performance metrics and implement tuning adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
     

5. Integration with SAP and NonSAP Systems:
   

   • Integrate SAP DataSphere with SAP and nonSAP systems databases applications and cloud services to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
     
   • Implement data synchronisation and replication processes to ensure consistency across distributed data sources.
     

6. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
   

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers architects developers and business analysts to drive successful implementation of SAP DataSphere solutions.
     
   • Provide guidance training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members and stakeholders to effectively utilize SAP DataSphere capabilities.
     

7. Documentation and Best Practices:
   

   • Create comprehensive documentation for SAP DataSphere configurations workflows and best practices.
     
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data integration data management and data governance and incorporate them into SAP DataSphere implementations.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (X years) working with SAP DataSphere or similar data integration and orchestration platforms.
  
• Indepth knowledge of data integration concepts including ETL/ELT processes data pipelines and data transformations.
  
• Handson experience with SAP Data Services SAP HANA SAP Data Intelligence or other SAP data management solutions is preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of data governance principles data security and regulatory compliance requirements.
  
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as SQL Python or Java.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
