Job Description

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into SAP system design and configuration.
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on client requirements, ensuring the system aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and perform data migration and system integration tasks.
- Provide training to end-users on SAP modules and functionalities to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions.
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, functionalities, and best practices to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring system stability.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
