Position: SAP ABAP HR Consultant
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore& Pune
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 to 7 years related experience.
- Proactive selfstarter with a drive to learn and grow utilizing a variety of available resources.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP and other application systemsSAP HR Personnel Management Organization Management Payroll and Benefits Configuration Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- HR ABAP development is strongly recommended.
- Should have good knowledge and hands on development experience in Reports Interfaces RFCs Forms OOPS ABAP BAPI Enhancements BADI User Exits Customer Exits Data conversions & Workflows.
- Good Experience in OOPs Methodology and ABAP New syntaxes.
- Proficient in Performance Tuning Testing and Debugging skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience with implementing/supporting BSI including TUBs applications is a plus.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce management version 8 or higher is a plus.
- Knowledge of FI postings is plus.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff as well as business management.
- Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills Ability to thrive in a fastpaced business environment.
- Able to work in demanding situations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
- Good Overlap with US central time
- Implement and/or support onpremises SAP HR ECC
- Implement change in the context of a formal System Development Life Cycle methodology.
- Understand business requirements translating requirements to a sound design and implementing the agreed upon solution.
- Develop alternative solutions and presenting recommendations to customers and IT management.
- Support end users on multiple HR platforms.
- Understand integration touchpoints between SAP HR and downstream SaaS solutions.
- Manage prioritize and complete support requests for a large complex organization.
- Estimate and plan work effort.
- Independently and comfortably work on technical configuration and process related tasks.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on overall success.
- Build relationships and trust among different customers and stakeholders.
- Multitask and work in a dynamic fastpaced and constantly changing environment.
- Implement/support BSI including TUBs applications.
