Job Description
- Providing hospitality, including drinks, etc., to employees and visitors.
- Responsible for opening and closing the company's doors in the morning and evening.
- Helping visitors, responding to their inquiries and guiding them.
- Supervising maintenance workers in the event of carrying out any maintenance work for the company.
- Maintaining the safety of hygiene tools.
-Monitoring and following up on the stock of buffet supplies, office requirements, and cleaning tools, and notifying them before the stock runs out
- Editing requests to purchase tools and office supplies and sending them to officials.
- Transferring materials and papers from one office to any other place.
