Job Description

- Manage and supervise the sandblasting team
- Ensure that the sandblasting and painting process is safe and secure
- Oversee and manage the quality control of the process
- Manage and maintain inventory of sandblasting materials and tools
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Provide technical support and training to the team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience related to Shutdown Turnaround experience into oil and gas industry
- Minimum 03 years working as in charge /team leader
- Experience in sandblasting, coating, and painting
- Experience in a computer software environment is preferred
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
