Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs and translate them into user interface designs.
• Help promote design language consistency by utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma wireframes for desktops and tablets.
• Implement best practices for accessibility and usability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design as well as Salesforce platform updates and releases.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs solicit feedback and drive consensus on design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a design related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience working in tools like Figma Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework preferred.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles usercentered design methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
