Salesforce Project Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage endtoend Salesforce project implementation including planning execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce best practices and solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports issue logs and change requests.
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets resources and timelines to meet project goals and objectives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive user adoption and training initiatives to ensure successful Salesforce implementation.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates features and functionalities to leverage them effectively in projects.
• Conduct postimplementation reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant certification.
• Proven experience in managing and leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and platform capabilities.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Experience with Salesforce integration customization and configuration.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to align Salesforce solutions with organizational objectives.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for Salesforce endusers.
