What You Will Do
VISTA Worldlink, an NEP Group, Inc. company, is looking for a college graduate with some experience in video production to apply for our Digital Media Center (DMC) Coordinator position. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position. The weekly schedule for this position will vary but will typically be scheduled for at least 40 weekly hours. A successful candidate for the position should be able to think creatively, possess a strong work ethic, work as a team player and be able to handle multiple responsibilities at once. The candidate will be integral in the workflow of archiving sports content, logging footage and editing content. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Logging sports footage
- Editing highlight reels
- Assisting with client requests
- Digitizing footage
- Assist in organizing the DMC and digital assets
- Assist in the Master Control Room
- Learn about Live Sports Production
- Commitment to work holidays, weekends, and late nights
- Must have an Associates/Bachelors Degree
- An interest in sports, video production, and broadcasting
- Adobe Creative Suite or comparable editing software
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Be a team player in a fast-paced environments

What You Will Need: Technical or B.S./Electronics field or Engineering preferred, however various combinations of education and experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience working in television production technology with progressive managerial responsibility. Demonstrated knowledge of technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable television networks. Supervisory experience required; including project coordination, sales support, and other related activity. Ability to interface with clients and provide a high level of service and support. Must be willing and able to travel to NEP s live events as scheduled. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations.
