Job Description
- Responsible for the sales target of his market units across assigned territory (Greater Cairo).
- Supervising sales team members work and performance via field visits.
- Prepare and maintain complete information for reporting sales performance.
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve their targets and maintain good customer relations.
- Coaching for sales force and maintaining developing their competencies and knowledge of our products.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Computer skills.
- Availability to work in morning and night shifts.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility.
