Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new opportunities and develop a customer portfolio to increase sales in importexport logistics.
2. Build strong working relationships with potential clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
3. Analyze customer needs and develop logistics solutions to meet their expectations.
4. Ensure the efficient implementation of shipping and importexport processes in accordance with company quality standards.
5. Identify market trends business opportunities and gather competitor information.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience particularly in the importexport logistics industry.
2. Indepth knowledge of importexport logistics processes.
3. Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer orientation.
4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
5. Good analytical skills to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
6. High initiative independence and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
