Develop and Execute B2B2C Sales Strategy:

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy to establish partnerships with companies for the exclusive distribution of our real estate investment platform as an employee benefit
• Identify potential partner companies and conduct thorough market research to assess their suitability for collaboration
  

Build and Nurture Relationships:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner companies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into the employee benefits offerings of partner companies
  

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Drive the acquisition of new partner businesses by proactively approaching and presenting the value proposition of our platform
• Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding partner companies and ensuring a high conversion rate of employee sign-ups
  

Sales Performance Analysis:

• Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators related to the sales and onboarding process
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness
