We are currently hiring for a full-time Paraprofessional/Registered Behavioral Technician to service a school-based caseload. This position will start ASAP through May 31, 2023

Essential Functions:

• Works one-on-one with students to affect behavior
  
• Evaluates student s needs and provides interventions to redirect
  
• Implements behavioral programs designed to make positive and appropriate
  
• Assesses crisis situations and defuses situations using conflict resolution and crisis management
  
• Reinforces appropriate behaviors and redirects negative behaviors Provides values clarification including rules, expectations and
  
• Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
  
• Collaborates with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment
  
• Educate parents on reinforcement and early intervention information
  

Requirements

High School Diploma Some college coursework

Must have a Paraprofessional Certification in the state of

Current RBT certification in the state of Georgia
