Are you passionate about technology and skilled in sales We invite you to become a key player in our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on embedded software solutions in our Iasi office. In this role youll be instrumental in driving our growth leveraging your expertise to engage and secure new clients in various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective B2B channels targeting industries that can benefit from our embedded software solutions.
  • Engage potential clients through strategic cold calls and virtual meetings introducing them to the benefits of our products and services.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships delivering impactful presentations and personalized proposals to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback and emerging trends.
  • Manage and update client interactions in our CRM system ensuring all sales activities and customer data are accurately recorded.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements in embedded software using this knowledge to enhance sales pitches and keep our offerings competitive.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales with a preference for candidates having experience in technology or software solution sales.
  • Strong understanding and interest in embedded software solutions and their application across various industries.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools such as Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and the persistence to pursue sales targets.
