About the Organization:The organization is a fast growing & profitable insurtech company at 400 Cr annual premium across Life Health & Motor which we sell through advisors agents and partners (were B2B2C not B2C).
They re currently operating out of NCR & some regions of North and looking to expand to other regions in South West East and North.
Theyre looking for Life Insurance sales execs & managers with 51015 yrs experience in selling Life Insurance through advisors & partners with experience in Life Insurance co / Broking co / Insurtech co.
Responsibilities
- Lead business personally through advisors agents etc.
- Work towards results consistently
- Plan on week month quarter basis to achieve sales target
- Manage and coach sales team
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations etc.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (510 Yrs)
- Previous sales experience in Life Insurance
- Good network of advisors and connects in Bancassurance channels
