Sales Manager - Servicing Hospitality Industry

Our client is a onestop shop for everything foodrelated in the restaurant and hospitality industry in South Africa. We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager in the Food Industry to join their team in Johannesburg!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize coach and lead sales representatives tele sales and key account management.
  
• Acquiring new business.
  
• Cold calling.
  
• Pricing selling and gross profit percentages.
  
• Creating sales plans.
  
• Sales forecasting and budgeting.
  
• Providing accurate reports.
  
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  
• Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify hiring needs select and train new salespeople.
  
• Negotiating contracts with customers.
  
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  
• Developing your sales team through motivation counseling and product knowledge education.
  

Requirements

• Food service sales experience minimum 5 years.
  
• Sales management experience.
  
• Food industry knowledge is essential.
  
• Hospitality sales experience essential.
  
• Pricing orientated.
  
• Must live in Johannesburg South or East Rand
  
• Own car is essential.
