Sales Manager

Job Description:
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Analyse market trends
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including property buyers sellers and investors.
* Plan and coordinate sales activities
* Lead negotiations on property deals ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.
* Use data analysis to make informed decisions on pricing and sales strategies.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor degree in any subject

* Mandarin speaker is a plus

* Minimum of 5 10 years experience in sales
* Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Deep understanding of the property market property values and industry trends.
* Strong analytical data skills
