Job Description:
- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations
- Hands on business development brand/retailer onboarding and account management
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
- Being handson with data create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
- Working with the brands as well as internal marketing team to strategies and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility traffic and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brands P&L revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decisionmaking
