Role: Sales Executive
Location: Gurugram
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Competitive (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in related industry
Work Schedule: 5 Days (US Night Shift) with weekends off (SatSun)

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build strong connections and adeptly resolve customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate robust problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Prior experience in sales and lead generation including coldcalling proficiency.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels (chat/email/call).
  • Process orders and requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
  • Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
