What we are looking for

We are looking for a sales development representative to nurture the commercial pipeline of the company. They will work hand in hand with the sales and marketing teams to maximize the inbound flow focusing on promising prospects leads: downloaded content requested demos used live chat or webinars attended.


What does the job involve

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities
  • Research potential customers to understand their needs pain points and decisionmaking processes
  • Use cold calling email and other prospecting methods to generate leads and identify decisionmakers
  • Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our product to prospects educating them on how it can address their challenges
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads activities and interactions with prospects in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve leadgeneration strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends the competitive landscape and product features and updates
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointmentsetting goals
  • Identify inbound sources with high prospecting and customer acquisition potential
  • Identify the most relevant prospecting methods (e.g. email telephone social media) and implement them
  • Gather information and detect key contacts to establish a relationship
  • Raise prospects awareness of our services and evangelize the product/solution
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Participate in events conferences and trade shows to promote our products and company.
  • Track key performance metrics such as call volume email response rates and lead conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on SDR activities pipeline development and overall performance.


Qualifications

  • 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrable experience developing a sales pipeline from outbound sales to onboarding clients (lead generation to user conversion).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with prospects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator Data processing tools Emailing tools )
  • Knowledge of sales and lead generation best practices
  • Techsavvy with a passion for staying uptodate with industry trends and technology advancements
  • Resultsoriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing business needs.
