Sales Coordinator - Generous Compensation

The successful candidate for this position will be a 1099 contractor with Music Ministry International and be responsible for the following:

BACKGROUND: The provision of sacred music services is essential for the delivery of Religious Ministry to meet the religious requirements for assigned personnel for Naval Submarine Base New London, located in Groton, ; The music director musician will perform services at Naval Submarine Base New London Religious Ministry facilities, or locations determined by the Religious Ministry (RM) Installation Program Director (IPD).

STATEMENT OF PERFORMANCE:

PROVIDE SACRED MUSIC

Coordinate music with chaplain or clergy leading worship services for both Protestant and Roman Catholic worship One service per week for each community, normally conducted on Sunday ;

Rehearse chapel choir and perform during planned worship services and

PARTICIPATE IN PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION

; Coordinate with RMT staff for advertisement of music program

; Provide input for the weekly worship ;

Coordinate with RMT staff for the scheduling of volunteer services in support of music ;

; Provide weekly attendance of choir practice to the RM Program Manager for input into the CRP-Analytics ;

; Adhere to Navy policy and guidance during Health Protection Condition (HPCON) ;

; Maintain music supplies provided to the Chapel by the ;

QUALIFICATIONS:

; Demonstrate skill as a musician, to lead congregational worship in a variety of styles, direct a choir in at least four-part musical scores, play the piano, and read ;

; Demonstrate an ability to play and conduct worship music across the spectrum of Roman Catholic Liturgy and contemporary Protestant worship, to include guitars, drums, and other ;

Proof of

Demonstrate proper English in speech and written ;

Demonstrate means of travel to required locations to provide

Dress in modest business casual when providing support and in public Exercise good hygiene be neat, clean, and ;

Perform services which involve moderate walking, standing, and carrying of light ; Demonstrate a clear understanding of Navy organization and the pluralistic ministry requirements that affect the use of Chapel facilities and ;

Report to RM IPD regarding the administration and delivery of RM sacred ; Utilize the IPD as their first point of contact to address administrative and music issues within the Command Religious Program (CRP).
