Job Summary
The Sales Capability Manager will work as a sales consultant playing a vital role in Sabis Sales Optimization project which aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales process and commercial teams. This project involves analyzing the current sales process developing implementing and managing various optimizations & training programs tools and processes to ensure that sales force possesses the necessary skills knowledge and resources to meet and exceed business objectives.
What you will within the first 6 months
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our current sales processes and customer interactions.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques communication and user engagement.
- Design and implement a robust sales incentive program to motivate and reward our users as well as our enablers (sales agents across all categories).
- Create and tailor sales templates for different stages of our sales cycle sales process and various user personas.
After the first 6 months
- Develop visually compelling and persuasive collateral that resonates with our target market.
- Rollout the new sales strategies templates and incentive programs.
- Provide training sessions to our internal teams for effective adoption and implementation.
- Provide recommendations for a sustainable and performancedriven incentive structure.
- Evaluate and optimize existing collateral to align with current market trends and user expectations.
Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies processes and best practices such as consultative selling solution selling and challenger selling.
- Proven experience (10 years) in sales enablement Sales capability sales training or commercial operations roles preferably in a FMCG B2B or technologydriven environment. Sales consulting background with exposure to field sales and tech driven sales will be significant for success.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales training strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop deliver and evaluate effective sales training programs and initiatives.
- Comfortable working with field sales employees
