Based out of IIT Bombay HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by Indias most respected science agencies (DST BIRAC DBT) we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi 2022.

What we want you to do

1. Identify connect and establish relationships with clinicians in critical care by visiting their clinics/hospitals

2. Promote critical care products services and tests to healthcare professionals

3. Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on critical care products services and tests

4. Participate in trade shows conferences and other events to promote critical care products services and tests

6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies

7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns

8. Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and preferences

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

10. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports 11. 12. weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.

13. Analyzing competitors performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For:

A graduate in biotechnology / microbiology field is a must.
