What you will do:

• Identify the customer requirements by applying the companys selling procedures offering different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.
• Share the responsibility of stock accuracy and products safety reporting on issues and variances to contribute to more efficient stock control and maintenance.
• Cooperate with team members to achieve overall store goals and enhance the customer experience to build longterm customer relations.
• Be aware of store targets and actively work to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
