Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant is responsible to support the Sales Team and the Dealer Network in all backoffice activities that will help establish a solid base to successfully develop the Passenger Car business in Spain.

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager in Spain.

Location: Madrid Spain

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the different bonus payments to the Dealer Network and ensure that payments are made on time.
• Support the dealers on placing new vehicles orders and follow the delivery process with all different stakeholders.
• Ensure that all documents related to new vehicles orders are supplied to the Dealers.
• Prepare regular market analysis and presentations.
• Prepare different reports requested by the Headquarters in Europe and China.
• Support the sales team with all activities related to new Dealers appointments.
• Support the Regional Field Sales Managers on the Business Plans preparation and KPIs follow up.
• Train new Dealers staff on processes and tools.

Required skills qualifications and experience

• 2 years work experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelors degree in business administration or marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Chinese will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Data analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Customeroriented mindset.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively and excellent organizational skills.
