Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales preferably in the software development or IT industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of the software development and digital marketing industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Valid driving license
• Currently located in Bahrain

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage a team of sales executives and provide coaching and guidance to drive their performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports to track sales performance.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and technical teams to provide a comprehensive solution to clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends.
